Virtues: Freedom

so you think you can shout and be greatly heard?

with the ocean underneath can you really felt?

your eyes were open but do they see to care?

the smell of deceit surrounds you unprepared

you run and tasted reality that no one finds

yet you buried them underneath the crime?

breath in and breath out but do you really live?

oh how far can you go ignoring what to reach?

said you were free but you constantly bleed

well i think you surely were deceived

you fool yourself just to make believe

boundless, limitless, no one can defeat

can you really spread your arms wildly free?

when everybody believes they own what they feed

feed the ground, feed the mind, whoever needs

they will take everything you own and leave

your senses will be awaken as time goes on

here comes the reality you’ll regret to know

you believe you were free until you get old

and then you’ll realize you were barred all along

maybe you were free that moment you were born

but then you inhale the air the world has offered cold

now you sadly know you are in a bigger debt

but don’t you worry freedom is never dead

surrender to Jesus and not to this world

and then you will see how freedom really works

this time it will be your turn to spread the word

with every senses be freed, tell them how freedom works.

I'm a Writer

I'm a writer, if anyone tries to wonder
I can go where no one else can wander
With a flip of a page, i travel
I can make your day,
i can make your life a novel

I'm a writer, with a pen and a paper, the world I conquer.
You can come with me if you want, only if you have a heart that falters ..

(a poem collaboration with Berto the Infinite)

Virtues: Courage

Inhale, exhale, leap
Still you wait for the beat
Wondering if it’ll cut deep
Or maybe you won’t feel a thing

Care not for your heart
It will stop shouting hard
But don’t feel sad afterward
It’s your choice not to hear it out

The thing you should know
Is the truth that time is short
If you think it’s your purpose
Then why do you keep it false?

It’s okay to take it slow
As long as you’re moving close
You may not reach your gold
But at least you have tried a dose

We fear what we don’t know
But that’s the beauty of the unknown
Living a life unpredictable
Only God knows the tomorrow

So have courage and look above
Take that step and move forward
If He knows what’s going on
Then why fear the unknown?

But before this poem end
Fear is essential, I must tell
Seek God’s voice, please be sure
Or useless courage will show
